At Tolles Con-Crete Seawalls, Inc. we manufacture our own pre-cast seawall slabs at our Pondella Road facility. This ensures that we can maintain the superiority of our finished product. All concrete has a compressive strength of 4,000 psi at 28 days. All slab reinforcement is 1/2" rebar at 9" centers or welded wire fabric equal to 1/2" rebar. Slab thickness is 5" minimum.

A 9" strip of filter cloth material is installed at each slab joint to prevent soil loss. An 8" X 16" poured-in-place concrete cap is reinforced with two #5 rebar (epoxy coated where required) continuous. #5 tiebacks covered with poly pipe (also epoxy coated where required) are installed on 10' centers anchored in concrete deadmen. All work is in full compliance with City of Cape Coral specifications.
